These Terms of Service reflect the way that PRATHAM Test Prep’s business works, the laws that apply to our company (IIFM), and certain things that we’ve always believed to be true. As a result, these Terms of Service help define PRATHAM’s relationship with you as you interact with our services. For example, these terms include the following topic headings:

• What you can expect from us, which describes how we provide and develop our services
• What we expect from you, which establishes certain rules for using our services
• Content provided in PRATHAM’s services, which describes the intellectual property rights to the content that you find in our services – whether that content belongs to you, PRATHAM or others

Terms & Conditions:

• PRATHAM Test Prep retains the right to claim the results of its enrolled students.
• Reproduction and/or distribution of any materials, Online or Offline, provided by PRATHAM Test Prep to any other individual/student, whether for commercial purposes or otherwise, is strictly prohibited. This includes both unauthorized sharing and any form of commercial use without our explicit consent.
• If a decision is made to discontinue an application package for any reason, please note that the fees paid will not be refunded or adjusted towards any other course.

Cancellation Policy:

• In the event that a student, after enrolling with PRATHAM Test Prep, does not utilize any of our services within a 15-day period, including failing to activate or use the PSIS Account or attend any online or offline classes, our policy allows for a 100% fee refund if the request for cancellation is made within the first week. However, after this one-week grace period, any refund request will be subject to deductions from the total amount paid, as determined by PRATHAM Test Prep's management based on their discretion.

Refund Policy:

• PRATHAM Test Prep has a refund policy in place for situations arising from unforeseen and unavoidable medical emergencies, provided that the necessary valid documentation is submitted. The acceptance of a refund request is also subject to the decision of PRATHAM's management and must be made before the initiation of the refund process.

Shiping & Delivery Details:

• Our commitment to timely and efficient delivery of your study materials is paramount. After enrollment, expect your materials to be dispatched within a specified timeframe, typically 7 business days from the date of the minimum registration amount being paid. We utilize reliable courier services to ensure your materials reach you in excellent condition. Please keep your delivery address up-to-date, and if you encounter any issues, our support team is readily available to assist. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number, and if you have specific delivery preferences, do let us know during enrollment. We're dedicated to your academic success and are here to make the process of receiving your study materials as seamless as possible.

Privacy Policy:

• We want to assure you that your personal information is safeguarded. It is stored securely behind protected networks, with access restricted to specific team members who possess special access rights. These team members are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of all personal information. Please be confident that PRATHAM Test Prep will not share your data with any third party.
