  4. Career Compass Project:
    • Contribute to the "Career Compass by PRATHAM," a personality-based career guidance initiative.
    • Design and administer career-related psychological tests.
    • Create detailed reports based on test results.
    • Provide counseling sessions informed by assessment outcomes to help students identify suitable career paths.
  5. Test and Assessment Management:
    • Develop and refine psychology-related tests to assess students' skills, interests, and aptitudes.
    • Analyze test results to create comprehensive and actionable reports.
    • Use these reports to provide tailored counseling sessions for students and their parents.
Qualifications

Education and Knowledge:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Psychology or a related field.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and team members.
  • Proficiency in creating and analyzing psychological assessments.
  • Passionate about mentoring and guiding students.
  • Familiarity with CUET entrance examination patterns and career guidance frameworks is a plus.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
