AILET - NLU, DELHI

The All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) is administered by National Law University, Delhi (NLU Delhi) for admission to undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), and doctoral (PhD) level law programs. This nationally conducted entrance examination exclusively facilitates admission to law programs at NLU Delhi.

If two or more candidates get the same marks at the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET), their merit will be determined on the basis of higher marks in the section on LOGICAL REASONING in the AILET 2025.

If the merit is still same, then the candidate senior in age shall get preference. If still there is no change in merit, then computerized draw of lots shall be taken into consideration.

Note: NLU Delhi admissions do not consider any other entrance exam scores, including CLAT scores.

Eligibility

  • There is no upper age limit for the UG Programme in AILET 2025

  • Minimum percentage of marks required in the 10+2 or equivalent examination

  • Forty-five percent (45%) marks or equivalent grade for candidates

  • Forty percent (40%) marks or equivalent for candidates belonging to SC/ST or PWD category
